Tony orders Christopher and Furio dispose of the body at Satriale's, using the meat cutter and knives to dismember the body. The official reason Tony gives for his dissapearance is that Richie was an FBI Informant and went into the Witness Protection Program.

    Initially unwilling to hand Blundetto over for 'justice' at the hands of Phil and Johnny Sack, Tony Soprano eventually caved to pressure both inside and outside his crew to give up Blundetto. To appease relations with Johnny and to give his cousin a quick death, Soprano killed Blundetto personally with a shotgun blast to the head, having traced his cousin to an old family home where he was hiding out. He later sent Christopher to conceal the body.

    Junior's dementia worsened and he became paranoid that his long-deceased enemy, "Little Pussy" Malanga, was after him. Believing his nephew to be Malanga, shoots Tony in the abdomen at his home. Junior was arrested, but his lawyer secured him a release into a mental institution, claiming he was currently unfit to stand trial. Junior remains confused and distressed and denies that he could have deliberately attacked his own nephew.

    An associate of Christopher Moltisanti, and a heroin addict. He was enlisted by Christopher to accommodate the Italian hitmen provided to Tony for the hit on Rusty Millio. Corky was chosen primarily because he speaks Italian, and would be able to communicate effectively with the hitmen. Christopher paid him for the job with heroin.

Present at Christopher's pitch meeting for his movie project "Cleaver." Also with Christopher at an AA meeting when the crew first learned of Vito Spatafore's homosexuality.

Patsy genuflected upon entering the church for a meeting with the priest, he takes his Catholicism seriously despite his lifestyle.

The usually calm consigliere smashed his hand-held vacuum over Dom's head and held him while Carlo stabbed him to death. Gervasi took charge of disposing of the body.

After he was outed, Vito went into hiding. This infuriated Phil Leotardo.

    After Junior was commited, Bobby was given full control over his crew. He got into a dispute with Paulie over a ride accident at the feast of St. Elzear. Later that year he was robbed by a gang as he was making his collections. One of the gang members fired a shot at the sidewalk near Bacala's face and a concrete fragment injured his right eye. The injury left his sight in the eye uncertain.

    Moltisanti was promoted to Capo between 2004 and 2006. He organized the hit on Rusty Millio and was involved in a credit card fraud scam. Moltisanti's readiness for the responsibility of leading his own crew was unclear as he had been distracted by the lure of a Hollywood by releasing a movie with Carmine Jr, relapsed into drug use, and displayed unresolved feelings over his murdered fiance. This made Tony nervous.

    Hesh and his son-in-law Eli were attacked by member's of Phil Leotardo's crew - they had targeted Eli because they thought he was making collections on their turf without permission. The mobsters set fire to Eli's gas tank to get him and Hesh out of the car and then set about beating Eli. Eli was seriously hurt when he was the victim of a hit-and-run trying to escape the mobsters. Hesh was punched in the face. Hesh demanded and received restitution from Phil at a sit-down mediated by Tony

    While Tony was in a coma, Sil took over as acting boss of the family. At first, Sil seemingly enjoyed the job but his ambitions quickly subsided when he felt the immense pressure began to have asthma attacks. When Vito came back from New Hampshire, Silvio said that there would be popular sentiment to get rid of him, Silvio had always pushed for Spatafore to be taken care of and told Tony that it was the right move and not to beat himself up over the issue. Silvio then instructed Carlo Gervasi to take care of Vito.

    Paulie was promoted to Underboss. While Tony was in a coma, Paulie took part in a heist with an associate that led to a huge score. When Vito's homosexuality was later revealed Paulie was outspoken in his homophobia and desire to see Vito killed. He was also responsible for organizing the annual Feast of St. Elzear, but got into a dispute with Bobby over a ride malfunction. In 2006 he was diagnosed with cancer and this affected his duties.

    Tony was taken to the hospital shortly after being shot by Uncle Junior. Tony undergoes surgery and went into a comatose state. After recovering, Tony puts a hit out on Rusty, at the request of the imprisoned Johnny Sack. Once he finds out about Vito homosexuality, he is in unsure how to act. The majority of his crew want him killed but Tony knows he is a good earner for the family. Vito flees New Jersey just in time.
