Tony decided to get rid Mikey Palmice in order to cut Junior's ability of attempting another hit on him. Mikey Palmice was killed after being chased down and shot by Chris and Paulie in the woods while he was out jogging.
Spoons was killed by Gigi Cestone in 2000, when Philly picked-up and drove Gigi home from the airport. Tony Soprano ordered the hit to silence rumors "Spoons" had been spreading that Tony had tried to smother Livia Soprano.
Jackie succumbed to cancer in 1999. A power struggle between Junior Soprano and his nephew Tony Soprano ensued.

Despite his poor health and shortness of breath on exertion, Baccalieri Sr was able to overwhelm and kill the much younger Mustang Sally and his friend Carlos on a hit ordered by Gigi Cestone. However he died after losing control of his car and crashing into a telegraph pole while leaving the scene of his final hit.
Gigi was promoted to capo over the Aprile crew in 2000, following Richie Aprile's death. He was well-received by most of his new crew, but Ralph Cifaretto made his life difficult as he had wanted the promotion himself. The stress of putting his children through college and trying to control a resentful Ralphie, combined with constipation following Thanksgiving, induced a fatal heart attack while he was on the toilet.
Richie Aprile was murdered by his fiancee, Janice Soprano, after he punches her in the mouth. Tony orders Christopher and Furio dispose of the body at Satriale's, using the meat cutter and knives to dismember the body. The official reason Tony gives for his dissapearance is that Richie was an FBI Informant and went into the Witness Protection Program.
After Tony confirmed Pussy was a rat he had Pussy meet him on the pretense of checking out a new boat. Tony, Silvio and Paulie confronted their former friend once they got out to sea and got him to admit that he had informed on them. All three of them regretabally opened fire and killed him then bagged him up, weighed him down and threw him overboard.
Cousin of Tony Soprano, Blundetto was a growing force in the mob until the mid 1980s when he was arrested for an attempted hijacking and spent 17 years in prison
Feech came over to America in the 1950s and settled in New Jersey where he became involved with the DiMeo crime family with Ercoli 'Eckley' DiMeo. In 1984 he was convicted of criminal charges and began serving a twenty year sentence.
Beppy is an elderly soldier in the Junior Soprano crew.
Retired soldier in the Soprano crew, worked alongside Johnny Boy Soprano. Unlike many of his contemporaries he was able to retire from "the business". Uncle of Tony Soprano and Tony Blundetto. Owns a farm in Upstate New York that his nephews used to visit in the summers of their youth
Benny was release from county jail and renewed association with friend Christopher Moltisanti. Benny belongs to the crew run by Paulie Walnuts. He began working for Christopher just after Christopher became a made man and they quickly became close comrades. Benny accompanied Chris when he robbed a charity concert, they both made a clean escape.
Little Paulie Germani is the nephew and right-hand of Soprano family Capo, Paulie Gualtieri. Germani regularly hangs out with Christopher Moltisanti and, if required, accompanies him on debt collections visits as extra muscle
On the eve of their birthday, Patsy Parisi learns that Tony ordered the hit on his twin brother and, unbeknownst to Tony, goes to his house with the intent to exact revenge. Due to his inebriated state at the time, he only urinates in Tony's swimming pool. Tony learns of Patsy's knowledge and when Patsy's loyalty is questioned, Patsy tells Tony that he has "put the grief behind him."
Bobby continued to operated Junior Soprano's loan shark business in his stead and also acted as Junior's assistant while he was under house arrest on federal racketeering charges. He was also called up by Tony to help find Paulie and Chris when they got lost in woods after the failed murder of a Russian mob assiociate.
Jackie, Jr. was kept away from the family business by his father, but after his death and Ralph's bad influence, coupled with laziness and a sense of entitlement due to his family name, propelled Jackie, Jr. into a brief and ignominious career in organized crime. Jackie informed Chris of a charity concert, the concert was robbed by Chris and Benny and they made a clean escape with Jackie driving.
Eugene Pontecorvo was a trusty member in the Soprano crime family. Since becoming a made man in 2001 at the same ceremony as Christopher Moltisanti, Eugene became an important member of the Aprile crew. He later ran a card game which Jackie Jr tried to rob.
Richie Aprile was replaced by Gigi Cestone as Capo, who soon died of natural causes, making Vito the second in command of new Capo, Ralph Cifaretto.
Furio continued his work and became one of Tony's most feared enforcers, intimidating and beating up multiple people who owed Tony money as well as acting as Tony's driver and bodyguard.
Chris is officially "made" along with Eugene Pontecorvo in a ceremony involving Tony and other family members. He finds that life as a made man isn't easy. Paulie and Chris go to collect money from a Russian mob associate, Valery. The meeting turns sour when Paulie starts a fight with Valery. They plan to kill him and dispose of his body but it goes awry as Valery escapes. Paulie and Christopher get lost in the woods and spend the night in a van.
Raymond Curto is a high ranking Capo in the DiMeo crime family - He was also working as an FBI informant as. It is never been disclosed when and why he became an informant. Territory and businesses include a stolen car ring and extortion in the North Ward Neighborhood
Albert was briefly involved in a "garbage war" with Ralph Cifaretto. This dispute disturbed Tony a great deal, primarily because it was making headlines due to the fires being set by those involved. Tony quickly settled the dispute between the two at a stand-up meeting in his backyard.
Gervasi was promoted to captain of Jimmy Altieri's old crew. He ran the Bloomfield Avenue casino, and was involved in and/or in charge of the family's dealings with the port hijackings.
In the wake of Richie Aprile's "disappearance" and Gigi Cestone's death, Ralph unofficially takes over the Aprile crew even though Tony is reluctant to make him a captain due to his bad attitude. After Ralph murders a stripper, Tony becomes furious and attacks Ralph. Ralph eventually apologizes to Tony, and becomes the New Jersey pointman on the upcoming Esplanade project.

Paulie grew upset after Tony ruled against him in a sit down with Ralph Cifaretto. Paulie, who had gave Ralph with security codes he needed to execute a $100K robbery, demanded $50K of the take. Tony ruled that Paulie was entitled to $12K. Paulie was especially angered by the ruling. Paulie also grew jealous of Ralphie's earning ability, which far outpaced Paulie's because of Ralphie's ties to the lucrative Esplanade project.
Even after his promotion to Boss, Hesh remained an important advisor to Tony Soprano. Tony frequently seeks out Hesh's advice on a number of issues.
Silvio and Christopher are arrested at the cemetery during a routine gambling sweep undertaken by the Essex County DA's office. Paulie escapes on foot and both Junior and Bobby Baccala flee in Bobby's car. Silvio and Christopher are released in time to rejoin Tony, Junior and everyone else at Vesuvio's for a memorial dinner.
After disposing of Richie Aprile's body and murdering Pussy for being a rat, Tony continued as Boss of the family. He re-establishes contact with his mother in hopes of convincing her not to testify against him. His fears are alleviated when she dies in her sleep of a massive stroke. His problems continue as after a fight between Ralph and him causes much tension. He also tries very hard to keep Jackie Aprile Jr out of the family business, but his efforts are wasted as Jackie Jr, when in an attempt to emulate his father, tried to rob a family card game.
Junior still under house arrest and awaiting his RICO trial, found various ways to get around his prediciment by using his doctor's office to conduct business and attending as many funerals and family functions as possible. After recovering from cancer and much healthier Uncle Junior has a brief heart-to-heart with Tony over dinner at Vesuvio and makes his peace with him somewhat.
